Productivity = output/input ðŸ¤”

Sales is great because it is up to the individual to choose their destiny. That said, it is up to YOU to keep yourself accountable and get the tasks done that need to be done. When it comes down to it, you are your own CEO. ðŸ˜‰

Here are some easy tips to try out in order to keep yourself accountable throughout the day. Especially if you are working in a remote/hybrid environment...

  1. Put your phone on DND (Do not disturb) while you work. Phones ruin productivity. That craving for a subtle dopamine hit can take out 20-30 minutes of your day and completely ruin your flow. When the notifications are taken away, so will your attention towards your phone!

  2. Set a lock on your apps for certain times of the day. Phones, again! Anything to take the attention away from the unimportant, I promise the Instagram posts can wait. I have a lock on my phone for all my apps from 7 PM to 7 AM and it really helps my mental clarity.

  3. Get outside. Being behind a screen all day can be fatiguing. Sometimes a little sunlight / fresh air is all you need to get grounded and recalibrate your mind.

  4. Get moving. In my experience, movement can really get the creative juices flowing. Taking this task on can help in finding the motivation to tackle the rest of lifes daily tasks.

Respond on your schedule. 3) Use your phone as a reward. Out of site out of mind. 4) Create your season of No. Learn to say no, utilize this as your biggest tool to protect your goals and missions.5) Proactively scheduling deep work time. Schedule time to be reactive, and schedule time to be proactive. 6) Not abide by obligatory celebrations.
